MAN STEALS VEHICLE OCCUPIED WITH YOUNG CHILDREN (UPDATE)

On February 20, 2009, officers with the Thomasville (Thomasville, Alabama) Police Department located the victim's vehicle occupied by one black male subject identified as Kenneth Hill (45).

Hill was placed into custody by the Thomasville Police Department and charged with Receiving Stolen Property First Degree.

On February 21, 2009 Investigators with the Mobile Police Department Robbery Unit traveled to Thomasville regarding this case. After receiving the identity of the suspect in custody by the Thomasville Police Department, Hill was positively identified as the suspect that stole the victim's vehicle with her two children inside.

On February 23, 2009 Investigators extradited Hill from Thomasville back to Mobile where he was officially charged with Theft of Property First Degree and Kidnapping First Degree.
