MCSENT Makes Significant Arrests on Magnolia Trace Drive

On June 2, 2014, as a result of a narcotics investigation, the Mobile County Street Enforcement Narcotics Team (MCSENT) Unit executed a search warrant at the 7900 block of Magnolia Trace Drive. Police seized 242 Ecstasy pills, 128 grams of high purity methamphetamine, 17 guns including several assault rifles and pistols with the serial numbers removed, $907 in cash, two vehicles worth a total value of $15,000 and approximately $500 in assorted property.

The combined street value of the seized drugs is approximately $30,000.

The following subjects were arrested on the charges listed below:

Phouva Phothisat (DOB: 04/25/1986)
Trafficking in Illegal Drugs (Methamphetamine)
Possession of Controlled Substance (MDMA aka Ecstasy)
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Possession of Marijuana Second Degree.
Possession of Altered Firearm

Sisavong Phothisat (DOB: 04/04/1976)
Trafficking in Illegal Drugs (Methamphetamine)
Possession of Controlled Substance (MDMA aka Ecstasy)
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Possession of Marijuana Second Degree.
Possession of Altered Firearm
Possession of Firearm by Certain Person Forbidden
