MCSENT, Mobile Police Jaguars Make Separate Spice Arrests

On May 27, 2014, as a result of a narcotics investigation, the Mobile County Street Enforcement Narcotics Team (MCSENT) Unit apprehended and arrested 44 year-old Harb Ahmad Jarad. Jarad has been linked to Tamer Foqahaa, who was arrested on May 9, 2014. Subsequent seizures of storage units registered to Foqahaa yielded over 430 pounds of Spice, worth over $1.3 million dollars.

In a separate case, on May 27, 2014 at approximately 12:15 p.m., Mobile Police Jaguar Unit conducted a traffic stop at McArthur Avenue and Jessie Street. The driver of the vehicle, 23 year-old Kerry Robbins, was in possession of a significant amount of Spice, a loaded pistol and Marijuana. Further investigation lead to a search arrant of his residence at the 1900 block of La Pine Drive. A total of 526.8 grams of Spice was seized along with 5.8 grams of Marijuana. Robbins is charged with Trafficking a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana Second Degree and No Pistol Permit.
