Mobile Police Arrest a Robbery Suspect

On January 4, 2013 Mobile Police arrested 40 year old James Langham for Robbery Third Degree and Theft of Property First Degree.

On December 31, 2012 James Langham entered the Chevron Station located 6400 Cottage Hill Road, sprayed the clerk with pepper spray, and took money from the register. On January 3, 2013, at the Winn Dixie located 5440 Highway 90, Mr. Langham approached a female victim in the parking lot, took her purse and ran to a hotel. Officers located him today and arrested him without incident.

Detectives will continue the investigation. Anyone with information should call the Mobile Police Department at 208-7211.
