On August 11, 2013, at approximately 9:00 p.m., Fred McVay Jr. entered the Family Dollar at 2755 Pleasant Valley Road and demanded money from the store employees. The cashier complied and the subject fled the scene out of the front door. The subject was last seen walking down the sidewalk towards Government Street.
