Mobile Police Arrest a Robbery Suspect

On January 19, 2012 Mobile Police arrested 19 year-old Chauncey Lamar Philan for three robberies, which occurred at Walmart, 101 East I-65 Service Road, Checkers 2300 St. Stephens Road, and the Food World at 2962 Dauphin Island Parkway.

In the robberies, Chauncey Philan approached his victims while armed with a shotgun and demanded money. Chauncey Lamar Philan was arrested this afternoon at his residence has been charged with three counts of Robbery First Degree.
