Mobile Police Arrest Double Burglary Suspect

On Friday, October 21, 2011, 20 year-old Robert Timmes was arrested on two counts of Burglary First Degree in relation to two separate burglaries which occurred within approximately two hours of each other.

On October 17, 2011, Timmes and two other suspects kicked in the door of a residence on Quimby Road and removed property while the homeowners were inside the home. A short time later, the three committed the same crime at another occupied residence on Peary Road. In each incident, the subjects were armed. Investigators are still searching for the other suspects in this case.
