Mobile Police Arrest Four Suspects from Macy Place Homicide

On April 16, 2010 Mobile Police began an investigation in the murder of Christopher Kyser Miree. During the investigation, detectives have determined that 20 year old Jamal Lang, 19 year old Michael Lee 18 year old Bo Taylor, and 19 year old Ernest Wiggins are the suspects responsible for the death of Miree, and that the suspects were committing a robbery when Christopher Miree was shot in the head.

On July 25, 2010 at approximately 1:30 a.m. Mobile Police located Jamal Lang at a residence on Magnolia Road, and arrested him without incident.

On July 25, 2010 at 6:00 a.m. Police arrested Michael Lee at his residence on Mercedes Road.

On July 26, 2010 at 6:15 p.m. Bo Taylor turned himself into police at headquarters.

On July 26, 2010 at 6:30 a.m. Ernest Wiggins turned himself into police at police headquarters.

All four suspects have been arrested and charged with Capital Murder.
