Mobile Police Department Investigate Homicide In The 1400 block of Clover Leaf Circle S

On Monday, July 14, 2014, at approximately 10:34 p.m. officers of the Mobile Police Department responded to the 1400 block of Clover Leaf Cir S for a report of one shot. The victim, a 19 year old female, was located in the front yard of a residence suffering from a single gunshot wound. Mobile Fire / Rescue responded to the scene and pronounced the victim dead.

Preliminary investigation revealed the suspect, a known person to the victim, shot her causing her death. The suspect has been identified and has been in contact with the Police Department. This investigation is ongoing.
