Mobile Police Department Make Theft of Property 1st, Sodomy 1st, Unlawful Imprisonment, and Robbery 3rd Arrest

On Thursday, July 31, 2014, at approximately 10:30 a.m. officers responded to Plantation Apartments 5725 Old Pascagoula Road for a report of one Robbed and Sexually Assaulted. The female victim stated an unknown black male subject entered the location, tied her up, and forced her to unwanted sexual contact. After taking the victim's money, jewelry, and car keys the subject left the location in her vehicle.
The victim described the subject as being in his mid 20s, approximately 5'6", skinny build, with shoulder length dread locks.
Through investigation detectives developed 21 year old Gabriel Obrien Neal as a person of interest. On Monday, August 04, 2014, detectives located Neal in the 5900 block of Sperry Road. Neal was interviewed, and arrested for Theft of Property 1st, Sodomy 1st, Unlawful Imprisonment, and Robbery 3rd. Following the interview Neal was transported to Metro County Jail.
