Mobile Police Investigate a Homicide at Butler Street and Warsaw Avenue (Update)

On January 3, 2011 at 7:28 p.m. Mobile Police began an investigation into the homicide of 33 year old Fredrick Martin. During the investigation, detectives were able to determine that during an ongoing dispute, 25 year old James Lucy and 22 year old Robert Marion shot and killed Martin.
