Mobile Police Investigate a Homicide on Airport Boulevard

On December 20, 2011 at 2:30 a.m. Mobile Police responded to the University of South Alabama Medical Center to investigate a report that a man had been shot. Upon arrival, officers found that 25 year-old Kareem Desure Todd had arrived at the hospital by private vehicle with an apparent gunshot wound and later died from his injuries.

Detectives have determined that the incident occurred in a parking lot located at 3679 Airport Boulevard, and that the altercation occurred between several people who are all known to each other.
