Mobile Police Investigate a Homicide on Espejo Street

On April 3, 2013 Mobile Police responded to the 100 block of Espejo Street for a report of a male that had been shot, and upon arrival, officers found 22 year-old Gregory Davis Jr. with an apparent gunshot wound. Mobile Fire Rescue responded and transported the victim to the hospital where he later died from his injuries.

Officers were able to detain 22 year-old Donald Lockett on the scene, and after investigating the incident, detectives have determined that Lockett is responsible for the death of Gregory Davis and have charged him with Murder.
