Mobile Police Investigate a Homicide on King Street (Update)

On February 24, 2013 at 12:07 p.m. Mobile Police began an investigation into the shooting death of 34 year old Cedric Riley in the 2400 block of King Street.

Through the investigation, detectives have determined that 17 year old Jarrett Stanford is responsible for the death Cedric Riley. Stanford was arrested at his residence this morning and has been charged with Murder.

Homicide Detectives will continue the investigation. If anyone has information about the incident, please call the Mobile Police Department at 208-7211.
