Mobile Police Investigate a Homicide on Raven Drive (Update)

On August 20, 2012 at approximately 5:10 p.m., officers in the area of Raven Drive reported hearing shots fired. Upon checking the area, officers located in the 1700 block of Raven Drive 25 year old Orlando Jamar Bohannon with an apparent gunshot wound. Bohannon was transported to the University of South Alabama Medical Center where he later died from his injuries.

Through the investigation, detectives have determined that April King, Marquis King and Barry Leverett are responsible for the death of Orlando Bohannon.

April King and Marquis King have turned themselves in at Mobile Metro Jail, and detectives are continuing attempt to locate Barry Leverette. All three suspects will be charged with Murder.
