Mobile Police Investigate Stockton Drive Homicide

On January 2, 2015, at approximately 7:00 a.m., Mobile Police responded to the 2000 block of Stockton Drive for a report of one shot. Upon arrival, officers found the victim, Tracy Clipper, inside the residence with an apparent gunshot wound. Mobile Fire Rescue responded and Clipper was pronounced dead on scene.

Jeffery Leon Moss was taken into custody on scene. Moss has been arrested and is charged with Murder in relation to this case.
