Mobile Police Investigate Village Green Drive Homicide

On Wednesday, July 18, 2012, at approximately 11:00 p.m., Mobile Police responded to Wakefield Apartments at the 500 block of Village Green Drive East to investigate the report of a possible homicide.

Upon arrival, officers discovered 41 year-old Tracey Yow Boatman inside the apartment, who died of apparent traumatic injuries. An autopsy will be conducted to determine the exact cause of death. The victim's car was also missing from the apartment but was later recovered by police.
