Mobile Police Make a Rape Arrest

On February 17, 2011 at 9:35 a.m. Mobile Police Department arrested 20 year old Joseph Rhodes for a rape and sodomy that occurred in June of 2009. On January 31, 2011, after receiving the DNA results from the incident, detectives continued in the investigation and located Joseph Rhodes this morning on Victory Drive in Mobile.

Joseph Rhodes in currently out on bond for a rape and sodomy that occurred in December of 2009. Rhodes will be charged today with Rape First Degree and Sodomy First Degree.
