On October 31, 2013 at 7:53 p.m. Mobile Police responded to Summerville Street at Roberta Drive for a report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle. Upon arrival, officers found that Celestine Perryman driving a 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer had struck a 60 year old female in the roadway. The female was transported to the University of South Alabama Medical Center where she later died.
