Mobile Police Make Arrest on Dauphin Street Homicide

On Sunday, April 28, 2013, at approximately 6:00 a.m., Mobile Police responded to the 3100 block of Dauphin Street in reference to one shot. Upon arrival, they found 26 year-old Obrien Sanptor Russell suffering from a gunshot wound. Mobile Fire Rescue arrived and Russell was pronounced dead on scene.

Investigation revealed 22 year-old Edward Lee Bonner as a suspect in this case. On July 30, 2013, Bonner was arrested and charged with Murder.
