MOBILE POLICE MAKE DRUG TRAFFICKING ARRESTS

On Friday, August 7, 2009 at approximately 6:35 A.M., the Mobile Police Department's Narcotics and Vice Unit conducted a search warrant at 6808 Greenway Drive North. During the operation, investigators located and seized approximately 2.8 pounds of marijuana and two digital scales.

Several family members were arrested by investigators and charged with the following offenses:

#1. Christopher Hale - Trafficking Marihuana, Distribution of Controlled Substance (Marihuana), Poss. of Paraphernalia

#2. William Hale — Trafficking Marihuana, Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia

#3. Romain Procter — Trafficking Marihuana, Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia

#4. Gary Hale — Trafficking Marihuana, Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia

#5. Cynthia Hale — Trafficking Marihuana, Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia

#6. Renwick Hale — Trafficking Marihuana, Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia

#7. Reca Hale — Trafficking Marihuana, Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia
