Mobile Police Make Narcotics Arrest

On February 28, 2014, at approximately 5:30 a.m., a lengthy investigation led to the Narcotics Unit executing a search warrant in the 100 block of Cloverdale Drive. As a result of this search warrant, officers seized nearly 2.4 kilograms of cocaine, six grams of crack cocaine, a small amount of marijuana, $2,959 in U. S. Currency and a gun.

The street value of the drugs seized from this investigation is nearly $250,000.

Mobile Police arrested 32 year-old Angelo Wright of Mobile and charged him with Trafficking Cocaine, Possession of Marijuana Second Degree and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
