Mobile Police Make Second Arrest on Spanish Trail Drive Homicide

On December 23, 2012 at 5:30 p.m., Mobile Police responded to the 6200 block of Spanish Trail Drive to investigate the murder of 50 year-old Keven Lee Workman.

Through the investigation, detectives determined 34 year-old Dennis Emerson was responsible for the murder. Investigators believe during a dispute between the two men, Emerson produced a handgun and shot Workman. Emerson was located on February 26, 2013 at his residence in Theodore and has been charged with Murder.

On February 28, 2013, detectives located 20 year-old John Lee Davison at his residence after learning he was also involved in the crime. Davison was arrested and charged with Murder and Intimidating a Witness in relation to this case.
