Mobile Police Make Significant Narcotics Arrest

On August 22, 2014, Mobile Police Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at The Paint Store at 2051 Airport Boulevard in reference to narcotics being sold at the location. The investigation revealed 48 year-old Charles Henderson Mallory, III, an employee of the business, sold illegal narcotics from the location.

Mallory was arrested and charged with Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Ecstasy), Possession of Marijuana Second Degree and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
