Mobile Police Narcotics and Vice Unit Drug Arrest

On December 16, 2011 at 7:18 a.m. the Mobile Police Department Narcotics and Vice Unit concluded an investigation into drug activity in the 3900 block of San Juan Drive. Officers arrested Eddie Marquise Bailey and Michael Eugene Carson Jr. who were selling drugs from the location. During the arrest officers seized approximately 10 ounces codeine cough syrup with a street value of $500.00, approximately 13 pounds of hydroponic marijuana with a street value of $ 52,000 and two firearms valued at $1,100. Officers also seized a 2010 Dodge Challenger RT with a value of $30,000, and $11,347 in cash.
