Mobile Police Narcotics, Vice Unit Conduct Compliance Check

The Narcotics and Vice Unit conducted a compliance check at A & D Seafood & Bar (formerly Club Magnificent) at 3871 Airport Boulevard. The business owner was in possession of a license to run and operate the business with regards to adult entertainment. The license was prominently displayed and current.

The following is the result of the operation:

Eight people were arrested for four misdemeanors and five citations were written.

1. Rashunta Pruitt
a. Dissemination of obscene material (Misdemeanor)
b. No opaque covering over nipples (Citation)

2. Jessica Overton
a. Dissemination of obscene material (Misdemeanor)

3. Iman Anderson
a. Dissemination of obscene material (Misdemeanor)

4. Britney Colston.
a. Dissemination of obscene material (Misdemeanor)

5. Cherelle McDonald
a. No opaque covering over nipples (Citation)

6. Tershon Smith
a. No entertainers card (Citation)

7. Samantha Louis
a. No entertainers card (Citation)

8. Kendra Drinkard
a. No entertainers card (Citation)
