Officers from our 4th precinct, command staff, the Crime Prevention Unit and the Citizens Academy all participated in the Heroes & Helpers event at the Target stores on Schillinger Road and at the Shoppes of Bel Air.
More than 30 children were preselected and given a $100 gift card to purchase items in the store as they get ready for the holiday season!
