MPD Conducts Underage Drinking Compliance Checks

Mobile, Ala. - On May 27, 2010, the Mobile Police Department concluded Underage Drinking Compliance Checks of 32 local convenience stores, package stores, and restaurants. Twenty-eight of the businesses checked were in full compliance with the law and four were not. In the non-compliant cases, a warrant will be signed against the employee who failed to properly check identification.
