MPD needs the public's help in locating 23-year-old Kevin Lucy. Lucy is wanted for questioning in reference to a shooting into an occupied dwelling/ vehicle and arson 1st investigation that occured on June 30, 2017 and July 6, 2017 in the 2200 block of Barlow Street.
