NARCOTICS/ VICE INVESTIGATORS CONDUCT PROSTITUTION STINGS

On March 26, 2009, members of the Mobile Police Department's Narcotics/ Vice Unit initiated a pro-active investigative operation into illegal prostitution activity at various locations throughout the city. The four day operation was concluded on March 30, 2009 resulting in a total of 19 individuals arrested for numerous charges. Investigators affected a total of 11 felony and 25 misdemeanor arrests during the operation. The following is a list of the individuals arrested during the operation and offenses charged.

#5. Lamont Fagan 9/19/1980 (28), Possession of Marijuana First Degree

#6. Jesse Dixon 6/12/1966 (42), Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana First Degree, Noise Ordinance Violation (two warrants).

#7. Terrill Dortch 11/22/1984 (24), Possession of Marijuana Second Degree.

#8. Kenneth Sims 4/2/1985 (23), Patronizing a Prostitute

#10. Arthur Baldwin 9/15/1976, (32), Patronizing a Prostitute, Possession of Marijuana Second Degree.

#11. Roe Wilson 9/13/1970 (38), Patronizing a Prostitute

#12. Robert Howell 1/27/1984 (25), Patronizing a Prostitute, Possession of a Controlled Substance (two counts), Possession of Marijuana First Degree, Receiving Stolen Property Third Degree.

#13. Fadi Alaudhi 7/1/1972 (36), Patronizing a Prostitute.

#14. Crystal Jay 5/13/1976 (32), Soliciting Prostitution, Attempted Distribution of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

#15. Larry Bilbo 5/4/1954 (54), Loitering for the Purposes of Prostitution, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

#16. Nathaniel Sanders 11/12/1976 (31), Loitering for the Purposes of Drug Activity, Attempted Distribution of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance, No Pistol Permit, Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

#17. Thomas Hines Jr. 7/2/1958 (50), Patronizing a Prostitute.
