Officer Jonathan Anthony resigned from the Mobile Police Department effective September 15, 2010, upon receiving notice of an administrative hearing involving allegations of sexual misconduct with a female prisoner.
This administrative investigation of Officer Anthony will continue, and a criminal complaint has been filled today by the victim with police for investigation of the incident. Detectives will begin the criminal investigations, and more information will be released as it becomes available.
