Order of the Polka Dots Parade

On February 24, 2011, the Order of the Polka Dots Parade rolled through the streets of downtown Mobile. Tonight 29,161 people viewed the parade. Police towed six vehicles and issued seven parking tickets. Police made three misdemeanor arrests, three felony arrests and seized two firearms. There were no major traffic incidents reported and no major injuries.
