Police Arrest Father of Missing Children

On December 3, 2010 Mobile Police Department arrested 27 year old John Joseph DeBlase for two counts of Aggravated Child Abuse and two counts of Abuse of a Corpse.
On November 19, 2010 Mobile Police began an investigation in a Missing Persons report of three year old Jonathan DeBlase and four year old Natalie DeBlase. Two Mobile detectives traveled to Louisville Kentucky after Kentucky detectives were told that the two children in Mobile were dead. Detectives while investigating the incident were able to arrest Heather Keaton for two counts of Willful Abuse and Neglect of a Child. Police then began looking for John DeBlase.
On December 3, 2010 Mobile Police received a call from Santa Rosa Sheriff Department that John Deblase had been located, and detectives returned Mr. Deblase to Mobile. Detectives have determined that both John Deblase and Heather Keaton are responsible for the deaths of three year old Jonathan Deblase and four year old Natalie Deblase, and police will continue to search for the children.
