Police Conduct an Underage Drinking Operation

The Underage Drinking Unit conducted an operation to combat the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors. Nine businesses were checked by police in the Mobile area by using minors to purchase alcohol.

Three Businesses sold alcohol to the minor and warrants will be forthcoming. These businesses are:
• Raceway, 3051 Government Boulevard
• Mystic, 1174 Azalea Road
• Minit Stop, 1424 Azalea Road

The following Businesses were checked but did not sell alcohol to the minor:

• Shell 2810, Government Boulevard
• A&R Food Mart, 2781 Government Boulevard
• Shell, 3006 Halls Mill Road
• Clark Oil/Exxon, 3948 Highway 90
• Parade, 1451 Dr. Martin Luther King
