POLICE INVESTIGATE A ROBBERY AND SEXUAL ASSAULT

On May 18, 2009 at approximately 1:50 P.M. an unknown subject armed with a handgun entered the Colonial Home Building Supply located at 2560 Dauphin Island Parkway, sexually assaulted a female victim and demanded and deprived money from a male victim that entered the location following the assault.

The subject fled the scene in a black SUV. He is described as a black male (medium —dark complexion), approximately 6'1" in height, and 200 pounds.
