POLICE INVESTIGATE A ROBBERY AND SEXUAL ASSAULT (UPDATE)

On May 18, 2009 at approximately 1:50 P.M. Nakemah Ali Grover while armed with a handgun entered the Colonial Home Building Supply located at 2560 Dauphin Island Parkway, sexually assaulted a female victim, demanded and received money from a male victim that entered the location following the assault. The subject fled the scene in a black SUV.

On May 19, 2009 at 2:00 PM thirty year old Nakemah Ali Grover turned himself into police. Grover was arrested and interviewed by detectives, and has been charged with two counts of Robbery First Degree, and Sodomy First Degree.
