Police Investigate Shooting at Merchants Transfer Company

On December 15, 2009, 10:39 am 1201 Paper Mill Road (Merchants Transfer Company) Mobile Police responded to one shot. Once on the scene, Police found male victim (42) with a gun shot wound to his right arm. Mr. Parker was engaged in a physical altercation with (Casey Kidd) (35) during the altercation; Kidd brandished a .357 revolver and shot the victim, (1) one time in the right arm. Parker was taken to USA Medical Center and treated for one gunshot wound to the right arm. Kidd was taken to Mobile Infirmary Hospital and treated for orbital fractures to the eye socket. Kidd will need treatment and will be required to stay in the hospital for 2-3 days. A warrant will be signed on Kidd for Assault 2nd Degree.
