The Mobile Police Department recognizes Rosalynn Jackson as the Civilian Employee of the Month for April 2023. Jackson serves as an Office Assistant II and the False Alarm Officer.
Jackson is tasked with multiple duties to include managing false alarm invoicing, capturing authorize.net payments, fulfilling Lexis Nexis entries, and handling warrants. During the month, Jackson was responsible for generating false alarm invoices, totaling thousands of dollars, to send out to residential and commercial clients.
Her customer service extends both internally and externally. Jackson was also very willing to help train a new employee for the Impound Yard. Because of her job knowledge and hard work, she is considered an asset to the department.
