Runners Celebrated National Night Out 2017 at Bienville Square

More than 300 runners celebrated National Night Out 2017 in the Crime Prevention 5K Run at Bienville Square. According to organizers, the weather was most perfect for a downtown scenery run. The race on the certified course started on Royal Street at St. Francis Street with the finish line at Conception Street.  

Marking the 21st year, the Mobile Police Department Crime Prevention Unit 5K Run attracted recreational runners, wheelchair athletes and racewalkers. This year's title sponsor was Dean Waite & Associates.
