UPDATE: Mobile Police Investigate Traffic Fatality

On January 8, 2014, at approximately 12:35 p.m., officers responded to a crash on Schillinger Road near Airport Boulevard. The investigation revealed a 59 year-old male was traveling northbound on Schillinger Road when his pickup truck left the roadway and struck three vehicles in the parking lot of Wendy's. One vehicle was occupied by 66 year-old Martha Wingo Hinton of Loxley. Hinton was pronounced dead on the scene.

UPDATE: Maurice White, the driver of the pickup truck, was found to be under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash. He was arrested and charged with Manslaughter in relation to this case.
