On April 27, 2015, at approximately 7:49 p.m., the victim 32 year old Nikia Fair engaged in a Domestic Dispute with the suspect, her ex-boyfriend, 31 year old Michael Jackson, in the 2600 block of Pollard Lane. It is believed Fair, with her small child inside the vehicle, struck a 28 year old female victim with her vehicle before ramming Jackson's parked vehicle. The female victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life threating injuries.
