ONE STRUCK

On Thursday, November 13, 2008 at 9:41 p.m., Mobile Police responded to the area of Halls Mill Road and Demetropolis Road in reference to a report of one struck by a vehicle.

Upon arrival, officers discovered that an unidentified white female had been struck by a vehicle. It was determined that the female walked into the path of the vehicle driven by David England (18). The female was transported to the University of South Alabama Medical Center.

Traffic Accident Investigators responded to the scene and are conducting the investigation. Neither charges, nor citations have been filed or issued at this time. Further information will be disseminated as it becomes available.
