PERSON OF INTEREST FOUND IN TENSAW RIVER

On November 14, 2008 at approximately 10:45 A.M., Baldwin County Deputies recovered the body of a deceased black male in the Tensaw River.

Mobile Police Department Homicide Investigators responded to Live Oak Landing located near Stockton, AL. in Baldwin County. The unidentified black male was retrieved from the river by Baldwin County Sheriff's Department Search and Rescue Units. The male was transported to the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences in Mobile where he was identified as Clifton Lebarron Ramsey (34), the boyfriend and a person of interest in the homicide of Naomi Gorden who was found murdered a week earlier in Mobile, AL.

An autopsy of Ramsey revealed that he died due to drowning. The details into the death of Naomi Gorden are still being investigated.
