Police Arrest a Suspect for Multiple Robberies

November 5, 2009 at 2:00 PM Mobile Police arrested Keyshaun Grayson for two robberies that occurred at Advance America located 3810 B Moffett Road, and Subway located 7765 Airport Boulevard. Grayson is a student of Blount High School, and was arrested at school today.

On October 28, 2009 at approximately 3:50 PM Keyshaun Grayson entered the Advance America and began talking to the store employee. A second black male walked up to the front door of the business, wearing a black ski mask, and was armed with a handgun. The suspect attempted to open the door, but the door was locked. The clerk observed the male and called the police. Grayson then realized the clerk was calling 911 and ran out of the business. The identity if the second male is under investigation.

On November 4, 2009, at 9:30 PM, Keyshaun Grayson and a white male armed with handguns, entered the Subway, and demanded that the employee give them money from the cash register. The identity of the second male is under investigation.

Grayson is responsible for the two robberies, and during the investigation he was found to be in possession of marijuana and a stolen firearm. Grayson is charged with two counts of Robbery First Degree, Marijuana Second Degree, and Receiving Stolen Property Second Degree.
