The Mobile Police Department has arrested 20-year-old Cameron Hollins (DOB 9/3/1995) for robbing two gas stations.
On Tuesday, June 28, 2016 around 7:15 a.m. the suspect entered the Citgo gas station located at 1030 Leroy Stevens Rd. Armed with a gun, the suspect demanded money from the clerk, took several packs of Newport cigarettes, and fled in a vehicle. Police used the surveillance video to identify the suspect's vehicle. Police located the vehicle and arrested Hollins.
When interviewed by police, Hollins confessed to the Citgo robbery as well as a second robbery that occurred at the Kangaroo Gas Station located at 8130 Cottage Hill Road on June 15, 2016.
Hollins is charged with two counts of Robbery First Degree.
