Police Investigate a Traffic Fatality on Springhill Avenue

Mobile Police responded to a report of a vehicle crash at Springhill Avenue and I-65. Upon the officer's arrival, they found a 2002 Chevrolet Impala, Dodge Ram and Saturn vehicle that were involved in the accident. The driver of the Chevrolet Impala has been identified as 24 year old Temarcus Foy of Mobile Alabama. Mr. Foy and the driver of the Dodge Ram were transported to USA Medical Center. Mr. Foy was pronounced dead once he arrived to the hospital.

The Mobile Police Traffic Accident Investigators responded to begin the investigation. The preliminary findings of the investigation reveal that speed, alcohol or drugs were not factors in the accident. The driver of the Saturn vehicle did not need medical treatment.
