Police Make Second Arrest in the Murder of Jamarco Williams

On Friday April 2, 2010, at 1:00 PM, Mobile Police made a second arrest in the 2009 murder case of 22 year old Jamarco Snachez Williams of Theodore, Alabama. The subject arrested today has been identified as 21 year old Randy Earl Scheurer. Homicide Detectives received tips reference the investigation and were able to gather information for Scheurer arrest. Scheurer turned himself in today to Detectives after speaking to his attorney.
