Reward Offered in Homicide Investigation

The Mobile Police Department would like to announce a reward for up to $5,000 has been offered by the family of Joseph O'Brien for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a suspect or suspects responsible for his October 23, 2013 death. O'Brien, who was 48 years old, was found shot on Springhill Avenue.
