ROBBERY/ HOME INVASION ON CEDAR CRESCENT DRIVE

On Saturday, December 27, 2008 at approximately 10:00 P.M., three unknown black male subjects unlawfully entered a residence located in the 1400 block of Cedar Crescent Drive armed with firearms. The residence was occupied by one White female victim (52) and two Hispanic male victims, one (31) and the other (14).

The suspects forced their way into the residence. One suspect struck the female victim with a gun and demanded property. The suspects also assaulted the adult Hispanic male victim by punching and kicking him about his person. The juvenile victim was not physically harmed.

The suspects bounded the victims with cords and removed various items and an undisclosed amount of US currency from inside of the residence. The suspects went through the residence looking for articles of interest. The suspects loaded the items into an unknown vehicle and fled the scene.

The female victim was treated by members of Mobile Fire/ Rescue and transported to Springhill Memorial Hospital for non-life threatening injuries. The adult male victim was treated on the scene and released with minor injuries.

The suspects are described as black males in their mid 20's to mid 30's with dark complexions. Anyone with information regarding this case is asked to call Mobile Police at 208-7211.
