Mobile police will conduct a safety checkpoint this Thursday, March 21, 2024 from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m.
The checkpoint will be in the area of Navco Road and McVay Drive. Checkpoints are conducted in an effort to promote public safety and to ensure that drivers are complying with state and local traffic laws. Citizens should be prepared to present their driver’s license, proof of insurance and a current vehicle tag registration to police officers.
Police will also check for use of seatbelts and children that are not properly restrained in child safety seats.
